Senator Rieger requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL               
NO. 58 "An Act restricting the use of the title `industrial hygienist'         
and related titles and initials" be taken up.                                  
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 58 was before the Senate on reconsideration.                   
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved that the bill be returned to second reading for           
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.               
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of Amendment No. 1.  Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was                    
adopted.
